  • Source: The tracking form app.noest-dz.com/list/t, a Laravel form: lastscanned takes the session cookie and CSRF token from a GET, then POSTs the number. No account.
  • Hyphens are part of the number and are kept (ABC-12D-00000412).
  • Language: statuses are French (Uploadé sur le système, Commande supprimée is an exception).
  • Time zone: Algeria is UTC+1 all year, so timestamp is converted from Africa/Algiers.
  • The number format also looks like Paquetexpress's, so pass ?carrier=noest when detection picks another carrier.
