• Lookup is three steps (search, summary, movements); the result is one response.
• Domestic scans are Turkish local time and carry a UTC timestamp. International parcels (IsAbroad) list scans in several zones, so those keep localTime only, and a CarrierTrackingRefNo is reported in message as the handoff number.
