Notes
- Scan wording: Chinese for the Chinese leg, the destination post's wording for the rest.
- Time zone: scan times come with no zone, so
localTimeis each scan's own clock time andtimestampanddeliveredAtarenull. - Batches: up to 20 numbers go to FJEX in one request.
