- Milestones: booking, cargo received, departure, arrival and handover are events. Planned milestones (ETA, ETD, requested/estimated pickup) are forecasts and are left out.
- Time zone: myDSV gives each stop's wall time with no zone, so events carry
localTimeonly (timestampis null). - Status: a shipment myDSV marks
COMPLETEDisdelivered. - Lookup: two requests, the public search for the shipment id, then its milestones. A reference that matches several shipments is matched on its exact value.
