messagenames the destination carrier and its number, read from ePost Global's "In transit to<carrier>tracking #" scan (for example"Handed to GLSEU as 123456789012"). Pass that number toGET /v1/track/{number}for the partner's own scans. Some parcels have no such scan, and thenmessageisnull. - Time zone: the scans carry no zone, so
timestampisnullandlocalTimeis the printed time.
