05/JUL - 10:00 hs.with no year. The newest scan is placed in the latest year that is not in the future, and the year steps back whenever the list jumps to a later month. A parcel whose latest scan is over a year old can therefore come out a year late. - Time zone: Argentina time (UTC-3 all year).
