• Time zone: scan times come with no zone, so localTime is the carrier's clock time and timestamp is null.
• Hand-off: when SFC passes the parcel to a last-mile carrier under another number, message says Handed to <carrier> as <number>.
• Status: SFC groups parcels as in transit, long transit, delivered, returned, arrived for pickup, received by SFC or left the SFC warehouse; the first four decide delivered, returned and exception (waiting for pickup), the rest map to in_transit unless the newest scan says otherwise.
