- Handoff:
messagenames the last-mile carrier and its number (for example"Handed to Straightship as JSEJA1143458320YQ"). Pass it toGET /v1/track/{number}for that carrier's own scans. - Time zone: each scan has a wall-clock time and an offset, but
+08:00is also stamped on destination scans. That offset is trusted only for scans in China or Hong Kong; others use their real offset (-04:00,-07:00) or keep onlylocalTime.
