- Handoff:
messagenames the last-mile carrier and its number (for example"Handed to Royal Mail as GV123456789GB"). Pass that number toGET /v1/track/{number}for the partner's own scans. When the partner uses the Passport number itself,messageisnull. - Time zone: Passport's page prints scan dates as "Oct 12" and times without a zone, so
timestampisnullandlocalTimeis the printed clock time. The year is worked out from the purchase date. - Estimates: estimated milestones on the page are not scans and are left out.
