## Notes

- **Source**: the site is a Next.js app; a GET with `RSC: 1` returns its React flight payload, and the scan elements are read from it. If a deploy changes that payload's shape the lookup fails (`carrier_error`) rather than reporting `not_found`.
- **Language**: the wording is French (hub names may be Arabic) and is kept as sent.
- **Time zone**: the scan's UTC time is in the element key; the printed clock time is the same UTC time.
