## Notes

- **Time zone**: scan times come with no zone and span several countries, so `localTime` is each scan's clock time and `timestamp` is `null`.
- **Status**: Winit files each parcel as handed to the post, in transit, undelivered, delivered or alert; those decide `delivered` and `exception`.
- **Batches**: up to 30 numbers go to Winit in one request.
