- **Different backend**: the global `tnt` carrier (`www.tnt.com`) answers `not found` for these waybills; TNT Italy's own tracker holds them.
- **Status groups**: `C` is delivered; `N` (not deliverable, operational delay) and `NC` (held at the depot) report `exception`; everything else is read from the Italian wording.
- **Time zone**: Italy is `Europe/Rome`.
