## Notes

- **Language**: STO's scan text is Chinese. `code` holds the scan type (收件 collected, 发件 departed, 到件 arrived, 派件 out for delivery, 驿站代收 left at a pickup point, 客户签收 signed).
- **Time zone**: scans are in China time (UTC+8); `timestamp` is converted from that.
- **Unknown numbers**: STO answers an empty list, returned as `not_found`.
