## Notes

- **Time zone**: Indian Standard Time (`Asia/Kolkata`).
- **Handoff**: a `Forwarded to UPS` scan names the next carrier but ST Courier does not show its number, so there is no `message`.
- **Session**: ST Courier files the number in the visitor's session, so a lookup is two requests (a POST then a GET) sharing one cookie.
