## Notes

- **Local time only**: scan times are Chilean local time (`America/Santiago`, whose DST schedule has changed over the years), so `timestamp` is `null`.
- **Signed by**: the carrier masks the recipient's name (`MARIA***********`), and `signedBy` is that masked text.
- **Not found**: an OF number Starken does not know returns `not_found`.
- A bare 6-12 digit OF number is not unique to Starken, so pass `?carrier=starken`.
