## Notes

- **Status codes**: `code` is Starex's own step (`waiting_for_confirmation`, `accepted_at_facility`, `export_customs_clearance`, `import_customs_released`, `sorting`, `in_transit`, `ready_for_pickup`, `delivered`). A parcel waiting at a branch (`ready_for_pickup`) reports `exception`.
- **Time zone**: Starex prints `dd-mm-yyyy hh:mm` with no zone, so `timestamp` is `null`.
