## Notes

- **Handoff**: when SpeedPAK passes the parcel on, a scan reads `LM Carrier: [DHL eCommerce] , LM tracking No.: [...]`; `message` names that carrier and its number. Pass the number to `GET /v1/track/{number}` for the partner's scans.
- **Time zone**: each scan carries its local time and UTC offset, so both `timestamp` and `localTime` are exact.
