- **Source**: Speedaf's public tracking JSON (`listExpressTrack`). A batch of numbers goes in one request.
- **Time zone**: each scan carries its own UTC offset (China-side scans +08:00, destination scans local), so `timestamp` is exact.
- **Description**: the English message with Speedaf's 【】 brackets removed.
