## Notes

- **Route**: the public tracking page `www.smsaexpress.com/sa/trackingdetails`. Its TLS certificate is served without the intermediate, so strict clients cannot verify it, which `lastscanned` handles automatically. The Android app's SOAP API (which needs the app's own login) is not used.
- **Local time only**: SMSA serves several countries and the page prints no zone, so `timestamp` is `null`.
- 12-digit numbers are shared with other carriers, so pass `?carrier=smsa`.
