## Notes

- **Time zone**: Shipa sends UTC instants. `localTime` uses the destination country's offset (UAE +04:00, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait +03:00); the `Order Created` scan is stamped at the origin, so it has `timestamp` only.
- **Unknown numbers**: a number with an empty order story is reported as not found.
