## Notes

- **Time zone**: scan times come with no zone, so `localTime` is the carrier's clock time and `timestamp` is `null`.
- **Hand-off**: when SFC passes the parcel to a last-mile carrier under another number, `message` says `Handed to <carrier> as <number>`.
- **Status**: SFC groups parcels as in transit, long transit, delivered, returned, arrived for pickup, received by SFC or left the SFC warehouse; the first four decide `delivered`, `returned` and `exception` (waiting for pickup), the rest map to `in_transit` unless the newest scan says otherwise.
