## Notes

- **Source**: the Servientrega tracking gateway (`apim-servientrega-prd.azure-api.net`), not the portal's iframe host. Nine or ten digits is shared with other carriers, so use `?carrier=servientrega`.
- **Time zone**: Colombia keeps one zone, so times are converted from `America/Bogota`.
- **Fields**: `service` is the product type; `signedBy` is the signer when given.
