## Notes

- **Time zone**: milestone times are ISO wall-clock with no zone and the shipment can be in the US, UK, Australia or New Zealand, so only `localTime` is given.
- **Booking references**: SEKO's service also looks shipments up by booking reference, so only a whole number with a run of seven digits is sent; shorter strings are answered `not_found` without calling SEKO.
- **Auto-detection**: SEKO numbers are letters followed by digits, a shape other carriers share, so pass `?carrier=seko`.
