## Notes

- **Source**: Seino's public tracking page (Shift_JIS HTML). Ten digits (also written `123-456-7890`) is shared with other carriers, so use `?carrier=seino`.
- **Time zone**: Japan keeps one zone (`Asia/Tokyo`). Seino prints only the day of the month, so the month and year are worked out from the acceptance date.
- **Retention**: Seino drops numbers about two months after delivery (`not_found`). Descriptions are Seino's Japanese step names (受付 accepted, 発送 dispatched, 中継 relayed, 到着 arrived, 持出 out for delivery, 配達 delivered).
