## Notes

- **Dates only**: SAT gives each state a date (`dd.mm.yyyy`) and no time of day, so `localTime` is a date and `timestamp` is `null`.
- **Language**: the English wording is requested; some town names still come back in Ukrainian. `code` is SAT's own state key.
- **Auto-detection**: 9-digit numbers are shared with other carriers, so pass `?carrier=satukraine`.
