- **Handoff**: `message` names the domestic Sagawa number. Pass it to `GET /v1/track/{number}?carrier=sagawa` for Sagawa Express's own scans.
- **Domestic number**: searching with the 12-digit local number follows SGX's one-row summary to its waybill. 12-digit numbers are shared with other carriers, so pass `?carrier=sagawaglobal`.
- **Time zone**: scans in Japan are converted from `Asia/Tokyo` and scans in Los Angeles from `America/Los_Angeles`; other places keep local time only. `ABSENCE` scans are exceptions.
