## Notes

- **Time zone**: scans have a date and a 12-hour time in Indonesian local time; Indonesia spans three zones and the scan does not say which, so only `localTime` is given.
- **Not found**: an unknown number is an HTTP 400 `No data found`, answered as `not_found`. Other HTTP errors stay `carrier_error`.
- **Auto-detection**: 12-digit numbers are shared with other carriers, so pass `?carrier=rpxindonesia`.
