## Notes

- **Last character**: the service ignores the id's last character (a check letter), so a wrong final character still returns the parcel; an unknown id answers `isError: true`.
- **Time zone**: events are UTC (`…Z`).
- **Privacy**: agent names and phone numbers in the messages are replaced by "a delivery agent". *On Hold* scans are reported as `exception`.
