## Notes

- **Response time**: Pro Carrier's tracking endpoint may take up to 10 to 15 seconds on uncached lookups.
- **Handoff**: the page's *Track your delivery on partner site* button names the last-mile carrier and its number; `message` carries them.
- **Time zone**: scan times carry no zone (the parcel crosses countries), so only `localTime` is given.
