PostNord parcel barcodes (SSCC and similar) are shared with other carriers and need `?carrier=postnord`. PostNord repeats some scans every few minutes; `lastscanned` keeps the first of each. Scan times are UTC, and the local wall clock is derived for Sweden and Denmark.
