## Notes

- **Handoff**: the partner's number from the summary row is put in `message`.
- **Languages**: PFC's own scans are English; the partner post's scans are passed through in Chinese. Chinese returned, out-for-delivery and signed wordings are recognised.
- **Time zone**: scans come from several systems with no zone, so only `localTime` is set.
- **Auto-detection**: the shape is only a last-resort guess (`mayMatch`).
