## Notes

- **Handoff**: `message` carries the delivering carrier's tracking number, which Packlink's answer does not tie to a carrier name.
- **Time zone**: Packlink returns UTC, so `localTime` is the UTC clock time.
- **Scans**: the first parcel with checkpoints is shown; incident checkpoints (such as a failed delivery) are `exception`.
