## Notes

- **Source**: The SmartTrack page `www.smarttrack.co/tracking.php?tracking_number={number}`, server-rendered HTML parsed into normalized events. No account.
- **Time zone**: scans happen in several countries and the page gives no zone, so only `localTime` is set.
- An unknown number shows "No Tracking available." and returns `not_found`.
