## Notes

- **Source**: the guest JSON of Omniva's own mobile app (`mobile-be.omniva.ee`). It needs no key, token or cookie. The tracking pages on `minu.omniva.ee` are not used.
- **Times**: Omniva sends UTC. `localTime` is that instant in the zone of the scan's country (Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania).
- **Thin records**: a delivered parcel can have no scans at all. Then `events` is empty and `status` comes from Omniva's state (`delivered` or `returned`).
- **Domestic numbers**: Omniva's own long domestic numbers are not auto-detected; pass `?carrier=omniva`.
