## Notes

- **Time zone**: OMGO stamps every scan in China Standard Time (`Asia/Shanghai`), whatever the parcel's country, so `localTime` is the Beijing clock.
- **Nonce**: the tracker needs the one-time value its page prints; the adapter reads it per lookup.
