## Notes

- **Wording**: OCA sends no status codes, so its Spanish state names are mapped (`Entregado` delivered, `Visita a Domicilio en Curso` out for delivery, `Devuelto al Remitente` returned, `No entregado` exception). A reason other than "Sin Motivo" is appended to the description in brackets.
- **Delivery time**: `deliveredAt` is the `Entregado` scan, not the later `Acuse digitalizado` (scan of the signed proof).
- **Time zone**: scan times are Argentina time (UTC-3 all year).
- **How it is queried**: OCA's e-Pak tracking web service called with its customer fields empty; no captcha is involved.
