## Notes

- **Time zone**: Northline's timestamps end in `Z` but are the branch's local clock. The `branch` zone (`AEST` = Brisbane +10:00, `AEDT` = Sydney and Melbourne +11:00 in summer) gives the offset, so `timestamp` is exact.
- **Unknown numbers**: Northline returns an empty shell (id 0, no milestones) for an unknown note, reported as not found. Repeated identical milestones are collapsed.
