- **Source**: The tracking form `app.noest-dz.com/list/t`, a Laravel form: `lastscanned` takes the session cookie and CSRF token from a GET, then POSTs the number. No account.
- **Hyphens** are part of the number and are kept (`ABC-12D-00000412`).
- **Language**: statuses are French (`Uploadé sur le système`, `Commande supprimée` is an `exception`).
- **Time zone**: Algeria is UTC+1 all year, so `timestamp` is converted from `Africa/Algiers`.
- The number format also looks like Paquetexpress's, so pass `?carrier=noest` when detection picks another carrier.
