- **Language**: scan descriptions are in Serbian (for example `Uručena pošiljka`, delivered).
- **Time zone**: M-ONE sends local Serbian time; `timestamp` is it converted from `Europe/Belgrade`.
- **Status codes**: `ST01` order created, `ST02` picked up, `ST04`/`ST06` in transit, `ST05` on the delivery vehicle, `ST07` delivered, `ST35` delivery attempt (notice left), `ST48` recipient will collect.
