Loomis waybills are plain digits with no check digit, so a number is never auto-detected as Loomis. Always pass `?carrier=loomis`.

## Notes

- **Times**: each scan shows a local date and time and a city but no province, so only `localTime` is set and `timestamp` is `null`.
- **Unknown numbers**: Loomis answers "not available at this moment", which comes back as `404 not_found`.
- **Fields**: the tracker shows no service, destination or signer, so those stay `null`.
