## Notes

- **Handoff**: when a scan lists a partner waybill (the second number in the waybill column) that differs from the one tracked, the parcel went on under that number and `message` names the partner and the number. Pass that number to `GET /v1/track/{number}` for the partner's own scans.
- **Wording**: scan text is Japanese (`引受` accepted, `中継連絡` relay, `配達完了` delivered).
- **Time zone**: Japan Standard Time (`Asia/Tokyo`, UTC+9); `timestamp` is converted from that.
