## Notes

- **Handoff**: `message` names the delivery partner and its number (for example `"Handed to Canada Post as 4013555822229464"`). Pass that number to `GET /v1/track/{number}` for the partner's own scans.
- **Time zone**: Landmark's page prints scan times in US Central time, whatever the parcel's location. `localTime` is that clock time and `timestamp` is it converted from `America/Chicago`.
