## Notes

- **Wording**: Kyrgyz Post's scan text is Russian. A trailing `Офис: <office>` is moved into `location`.
- **Time zone**: the list mixes offices in Kyrgyzstan and abroad and gives no zone, so only `localTime` is set.
- **Inbound items**: the tracker also reads S10 items of other posts that were sent to Kyrgyzstan (`…RU`, `…CN`), which are not detected automatically.
