## Notes

- **Route**: queries the forwarder's Hualei (华磊) tracking endpoint and normalizes the scan history.
- **Time zone**: each scan is in the clock of the place it happened (China for pick-up and export, the US for the rest) and the page gives no zone, so only `localTime` is set.
