## Notes

- **Handoff**: `message` names the last-mile carrier and its number (for example `"Handed to Straightship as JSEJA1143458320YQ"`). Pass it to `GET /v1/track/{number}` for that carrier's own scans.
- **Time zone**: each scan has a wall-clock time and an offset, but `+08:00` is also stamped on destination scans. That offset is trusted only for scans in China or Hong Kong; others use their real offset (`-04:00`, `-07:00`) or keep only `localTime`.
