## Notes

- **Source**: Hongkong Post's web chatbot ("Talk2Elain"). `lastscanned` opens a chat session, walks its menu (English, mail tracing, tracking) and sends the number; the reply states the latest status and its time.
- **Single event**: the chatbot gives only the latest status, so there is one event. "The system has no record of the mail item" is reported as not found.
- **Time zone**: the time is read as `Asia/Hong_Kong`. Each lookup uses ten small requests, so allow a couple of seconds.
