- **Source**: the portal's `track-my-package` API with history; the portal's own account key (`Portal`) is sent.
- **Location**: the place is the start of each event's description (`Winnipeg, MB. Normal Status`).
- **Time zone**: event times have no offset and the API does not say which zone they are in, so only `localTime` is set.
