### When is `?carrier=gls` optional vs required?

- **Optional**: 11-digit numbers that no other carrier claims.

## Notes

- Uses `gls-group.eu/app/service/open/rest/EU/en/rstt029` with `caller=witt002`, as the tracking page does. An unknown number answers 404 and becomes `not_found`.
- Scan times carry no zone; `timestamp` is set only when the scan's country is a single-time-zone country.
- The package status follows GLS's own progress bar when it is present.
