## Notes

- **Handoff**: `message` names the final-mile carrier and its number (for example `"Handed to Cirro as GPPISP0006823942US"`). Pass that number to `GET /v1/track/{number}` for the partner's own scans.
- **Time zone**: GlobalPost prints scan clocks with no zone and the places span countries, so only `localTime` is set and `timestamp` is `null`.
- **Returns**: a `Delivered` scan in the origin city of a cross-border parcel is the parcel back with the sender, and reads `returned`.
