## Notes

- Event text is Spanish; `status` is normalized. `code` is Forza's milestone stage id.
- **Time zone**: the milestones are stamped with a trailing `Z`, but they are Guatemala local time (America/Guatemala, UTC-6, no DST), so they are read as such.
- The free-text milestone description (which names the receiver and their ID) is not returned; the title and the failed-attempt reason are.
